Districts must provide the necessary processes in order to have successful schools. Join this session as we review the required components of a district support plan, along with discussions and examples of a Needs Assessment, Alignment of Goals from the district to the school, from the school to the learning teams, including process goals vs. action goals and lastly, examples of monitoring and evaluating for success. Time will be given to share out and reflect with colleagues.
